AEM Solutions toolbar content is configured at "/libs/granite/ui/content/shell" location
To add/configure/remove any link you need to change below properties
if you want to add any Coral UI specific Icon it can be found here
As AEM does not recommend to edit anything in /libs path you should always override the content in /apps.
After overlaying the content in apps it should looks like
